I build websites, web applications and digital tools for small businesses. My experience with banking and enterprise systems has shaped the attention I give to reliability, security and maintainable engineering.

I value clear communication, realistic delivery commitments and support after launch. I want the people using a system to understand what it does, feel confident working with it and know who to speak to when something needs attention.

A habit of learning by doing.

My practical development as a programmer has been driven by self-directed study. Forums, manuals, technical documentation and a home lab have been a constant part of how I learn. I use them to investigate questions, try ideas and understand how things behave beyond the example on the page.

That learning continues through the projects I build and maintain. Reading gives me a starting point; working through a problem and checking the result is what makes the knowledge useful.

My professional IT experience spans enterprise development, web applications and the support work that keeps systems usable. These roles brought me into environments where accuracy, documentation and controlled change matter.

   • Developed and maintained APIs for banking and payment operations, following documented delivery and change-management processes.

I have also worked in warehouses, air cargo, site logistics and freight coordination. Those roles have put me close to the people, deadlines and records that business systems need to support.

   I currently manage sea-import shipments from origin through to final delivery, covering full-container and less-than-container loads (FCL and LCL).

   • Coordinate overseas agents, shipping lines, customers, customs brokers, transport providers and depots; monitor vessel schedules, milestones and delays.
   • Review shipping documents and coordinate the documentation needed for customs and biosecurity clearance, resolving discrepancies as they arise.
   • Arrange container deliveries, depot movements and empty-container returns, keeping track of free time, detention deadlines and customer updates.
   • Maintain shipment records in CargoWise and process shipment costs, supplier invoices and customer billing as required.

Independent video and content work has been another part of my background. Planning, producing and editing a YouTube channel involved visual communication, content schedules and working through a project from an idea to a finished result.
