Infrastructure
I directly manage the environments, configurations and release processes that support the applications I operate. The aim is simple: clear responsibility for the technical work behind your business.
Your website, shop or portal gives customers and staff the interface they need.
Application rules coordinate the agreed workflows and control which actions each account can take.
Access boundaries and agreed data-handling processes support the information used by the application.
Release management, monitoring, updates and recovery procedures are scoped around the service.
I am responsible for the technical configuration and operation within the agreed service. Changes have a named owner, and support requests can be investigated with the context of how the application was built.
The operating plan defines release checks, access controls, backup arrangements and restore verification. Coverage and frequency depend on the agreed scope; they are not an unconditional availability or recovery guarantee.
The agreement defines authorised access to business data, standard exports and transition assistance. Software licensing and access to source code are separate from data portability.
Before launch, we agree who can approve changes, how to report an incident and what support is available. If your operations need stronger continuity arrangements, those requirements are assessed and quoted separately.
