All prices are AUD per month. Application development and onboarding are separate. Activation follows a review of your workload and operating requirements; your proposal confirms the complete service scope.
Custom Core / AUD 300 per month
For an agreed custom website, shop and management application. A defined operating service with routine care.
Growth / AUD 450 per month
For growing operational needs, with more storage, additional support time and a shared testing environment.
Business / AUD 750 per month
For larger workloads and closer oversight, with more operating time and more frequent restore checks.
Compare the monthly allowances
Allowances apply to one business and one agreed production application suite. GiB is a storage or transfer unit. Additional scope or capacity requires an agreed change; software features are defined by the project scope.
Response coverage and targets are confirmed in the proposal. These packages do not include an uptime or recovery-time guarantee. Domain registration, mailboxes, payment fees and external business subscriptions are separate.
Static is for one website and its primary domain and www alias. Its operating environment is subject to readiness validation before activation.

Hosting is separate from application development. Your proposal sets the monthly fee, setup work, usage allowances, support coverage and exclusions after a technical suitability review.
Automated monitoring and human support are different services. Response targets, recovery arrangements and any availability requirements must be agreed explicitly.
